What is the cut of your pants?

Women / Men: the cut is different on each product, we invite you to read the product descriptions carefully and look at the photos, everything is explained there! Do not hesitate to consult the size guide on each product sheet and to contact us if you have any questions.

How long are your pants?

The length of our pants is the same for all sizes, corresponding to a size 34 for our men's pants. We specifically chose it to be longer than average to fit as many people as possible!

As for women, it is different for each product, we invite you to read the product descriptions carefully and look at the photos, everything is explained there! Do not hesitate to consult our size guide in the product sheet, and to contact us if you have any questions.

What if it's too long for you? No problem, a simple alteration will allow you to adjust the length of your pants to your liking thanks to our alteration service .

How to choose the right size of pants?

Find our size guide in our product sheets. Please note that each product has a specific size guide.

Are the sizes the same from one pair of pants to another?

Sizes may vary slightly from one model to another: we invite you to refer to the size guide per product sheet.

The pants I want are not available, when will they be?

Although we take great care to ensure that our permanent collection is always available, it is possible that we may be temporarily out of stock on certain sizes (the restocking period is generally one month).

For new product launches that are not part of our permanent offerings, we manufacture in small quantities and restocking is not always planned.

However, for a product that will be back in stock, do not hesitate to enter your email address in the field provided for this purpose on the product sheet in question in order to be informed as soon as it is back in stock!

Are the pants I want available in store?

It's possible! On each product page, a "See availability in store" button is available, in green you will see the sizes in stock in our stores. Make sure to select the desired size on the product page to check availability. You will find all the information about our stores right here . Don't hesitate to ask our ambassadors directly, they will be happy to assist you :)

How do I care for my pants properly?

Caring for your pants is very important to ensure they last as long as possible:

Where are your pants made?

The trousers are assembled in our various workshops located in the European Union (Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria), Eastern Europe (Turkey, Ukraine) and the Maghreb (Tunisia, Morocco).

Where can I try on your pants?

You can come and try on our pants directly in one of our stores, find all the information about our stores on our dedicated page by clicking here . If you can't get there then we advise you to place an order and try them at home, returns are free!

Customer account

How to create a customer account?

Nothing could be simpler! Simply click on the "Customer" icon at the top right of this page, and you'll be able to access your customer account, track and manage your orders and returns...

I lost my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, simply click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. We'll then send you an email that will allow you to create a new password.

How do I use a gift code or credit?

Once your products are in your cart, simply enter your gift code or credit note in the "Have a code?" section of your cart. The price will then be automatically adjusted.

Ordering, delivery and returns

I need to modify or cancel my order, how do I do this?

If your order was placed less than 12 hours ago and you have chosen the wrong address, color, or size, it may still be possible to change it: contact us via our contact page. We will do what is necessary to make the changes before your order is sent! Please note: this is only possible on business days.

What is the price and delivery time?

Where is my package?

Your package's tracking number is included in the "Delivery in Progress" email you received after placing your order. If you haven't received it yet, it means your order is being processed by our logistics department; you should receive it very soon. You can also find your package's tracking number in your "My Account" area, under "My Orders," then in the details of the order in question.

How to make a return?

You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to make a return: either in one of our stores or remotely via your customer area.
You will be able to request a refund or exchange. The product must be NEW : never worn, never washed, never altered.
It must be in its original packaging and its cardboard label must still be attached.
PLEASE NOTE : For obvious hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and socks.
From Metropolitan France: free return by prepaid label.
Returns from international destinations are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product from abroad, follow the same steps above.
No prepaid label will be provided to you; postage for the package is your responsibility.

When will I be refunded for my return?

You will be informed by email as soon as your package is received by our team, you will be reimbursed within 14 days after receiving your package.

Are return shipping costs free?

Yes, return shipping is free from mainland France using our prepaid labels.

From international, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where is my return?

You can track the progress of your return package using the tracking number on the prepaid label we provided you.
You will also receive an email when your return and refund are received.

Can I exchange one or more items in my order?

Yes, under the following conditions:
- Within 30 days after purchase or order
- The product must be new (never worn, never washed, warranty tag still attached)
- On the website via your customer area or in store, upon presentation of the receipt or order form.

I didn't receive the right product, what should I do?

If the product you received is not the one you ordered, please contact us via our contact page . Once our teams have identified the error, we can exchange the product.

Loyalty program

How does it work?

Place an order, collect points and get rewards!
Regardless of loyalty status, the scale applicable for accumulating points is as follows:
€1 spent = 1 point earned. Shipping and gift card purchases are included in the points accumulation. The status will be available within 30 days after the in-store purchase date or 30 days after the delivery date of the order placed on the website www.lepantalon.fr. During this 30-day period, the points earned will be put on hold in case a refund is issued. In the event of a refund of items, the corresponding points earned will then be deleted.

NB: The loyalty program is retroactive :)

How to join the loyalty program?

Simply create a customer account on our e-shop or subscribe to our newsletter by entering your date of birth. You'll then be able to enjoy your very first "PANTACOOL" benefit: a 10% discount for your birthday. You'll then automatically accumulate points with every order you place in stores or on our e-shop.

What are the different statuses?

Our loyalty program includes 4 different statuses depending on the number of points accumulated:

  • PANTACOOL: includes all customers with fewer than 300 points on their Loyalty Account.
  • PANTALOVER: includes all customers who have accumulated between 300 and 499 points on their Loyalty Account.
  • PANTADDICT: brings together all customers who have accumulated between 500 and 999 points on their Loyalty Account.
  • PANTAVIP: brings together all customers who have accumulated more than 1000 points on their Loyalty Account.
How do I know my status?

You can check your status by logging into your LePantalon account . Otherwise, you will receive emails informing you of your status.

How long is my status valid?

Our loyalty program has no time limit. You can maintain the same status for up to a year before moving on to the next one. And once you reach PANTAVIP status, you'll remain the best of the best forever!

Is the loyalty program valid in stores?

Of course! For every checkout, you automatically earn points on your loyalty program as long as you provide your email address linked to your customer account to our ambassadors.

How will I be kept informed of my loyalty status and points?

Your status, your points as well as your various benefits will be sent to you by email as soon as there is an update, that is to say 30 days after the delivery date of your order or 30 days after the purchase in store :)
The status will be available within 30 days after the in-store purchase date or 30 days after the delivery date of the order placed on the website www.lepantalon.fr. During this 30-day period, the points earned will be put on hold in case a refund is issued. In the event of a refund of items, the corresponding points earned will then be deleted.

How do I receive my discount code for my birthday?

You will receive an email on your birthday with a 10% discount code provided you have previously entered your date of birth right here .

I am a PANTAVIP member. What is the process for annual codes?

As a PANTAVIP member, you receive free shipping and a 15% discount code every year. These codes will be emailed to you each year.

My points don't seem to be up to date. Why?

Two scenarios may arise:

1- You made your purchase less than 30 days ago. As a reminder, during this 30-day period after purchase, the points earned will be stored in case a refund is issued. In the event of a refund, the corresponding points earned will be deleted.
2- You made your purchase in-store and did not provide your customer's email address. As a result, we are unable to link the points you have earned to your account. So, remember to provide your email address each time you checkout.

Payment in 2 or 3 installments

What are the conditions for paying in installments?

- Payment in installments is eligible for baskets ranging from €130 to €2,000
- Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.
- AmEx and business cards are no longer accepted

I would like to pay in installments, how do I do this?

On the payment page, select “ Pay in installments with Alma .” You will then be redirected to a payment page where you will need to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. There you will find a summary of your upcoming payments. You will then receive a summary email with the schedule of your payments and a reminder email 3 days before each payment.

Is paying in installments with Alma secure?

Alma systematically performs a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank will then send you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking app, to confirm that you initiated this transaction and that it is not fraudulent.

I want a refund but I paid in installments, what should I do?

Alma is our payment partner, but they do not have access to manage our orders. If you wish to cancel your order, obtain a refund, or make a goodwill gesture, please contact us at the following address: hello@lepantalon.com

Is payment in installments available in your stores?

No. Payment in installments is only available on our website.

Does LePantalon have sales and promotions?

We don't run sales or promotions. Our goal is to offer you the best products at the fairest prices. We have sales all year round!

On the other hand, you can drop off your trousers in one of our stores - whatever the brand - and benefit from a 5 euro voucher (please note: only one 5 euro voucher for all trousers and not 5 euros per pair), valid for 1 month in store.
